Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 30, 2026
This policy explains how TRONOXA handles information when you use the mobile wallet and related services.
Company identity and controller
This Privacy Policy and these Legal Terms are issued by Tronoxa LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID 2026-002030217; D-U-N-S Number 145077818), with its principal and mailing address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Tronoxa LLC is responsible for the off-chain processing described in this policy. Contact: office@tronoxa.com.
1. Scope and self-custody
TRONOXA is a non-custodial, self-custody software wallet for the TRON network. Recovery phrases and private keys are generated or imported and transaction signing occurs only on your device. Your recovery phrase, private key, app PIN, and biometric data are not sent to TRONOXA servers. TRONOXA cannot access or recover them, sign for you, freeze a wallet, or transfer your assets.
2. Data we handle
Information kept only on your device includes wallet names, wallet secrets, app PIN and security preferences, custom-token choices, the local notification log, and downloaded transaction-history pages. When you use network features, TRONOXA may process public wallet and recipient addresses, balances, resources, token holdings, public transaction history, amounts, token pairs, swap quote identifiers, routes, slippage settings, minimum-received amounts, price impact, approval requirements, Energy requirements, fees, transaction hashes, energy-order status, and address-risk results. For notifications and monitoring, we may store a randomly generated app device identifier (not an advertising or hardware identifier), wallet identifier, push token, language, monitoring settings, and alerts. Infrastructure may record IP address, request time, and error or security details. If you contact support, we process your email address and the content you provide.
Public TRON network data and savings estimates
TRON is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, transactions, balances, token holdings, votes, representatives, delegations, account permissions, multisig transaction data, resources, fees, and similar on-chain records are publicly available through the network and independent block explorers; TRONOXA does not obtain them from a private source. TRONOXA may retrieve and process these public records to provide wallet and network features. The “Savings” figure is an estimate of network cost avoided, calculated from relevant public network records and Energy-service transaction records. It is not a wallet balance, cash value, interest, reward, yield, investment return, or promise of financial benefit.
Local browser, address-book, and permission data
Address-book entries, browser bookmarks and browsing history, and the preferred TRON permission used for signing are stored on your device. Websites opened in the in-app browser cannot access wallet keys or request signatures because the browser does not provide a wallet-signing bridge. Public URLs and normal network metadata may still be visible to websites and network providers.
3. Camera, photos, and biometrics
Camera and photo access is used only when you choose to scan a QR code or select an image containing one. QR decoding occurs on your device. TRONOXA does not upload your photo library or selected QR image to its servers. Biometric authentication is performed by your device operating system; TRONOXA receives only the success or failure result and does not receive or store biometric templates.
4. How data is used
Data is used to display wallet information, prepare and verify transactions, estimate network costs, obtain energy, screen public addresses and counterparties for risk, deliver notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, processing is based on providing a service you request, your consent for optional features, legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, and support, or legal obligations. TRONOXA does not sell personal data, share it for targeted advertising, or use wallet activity for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
5. Services and parties involved
Public addresses, signed transactions, transaction data, and token or market-price queries may be sent to TRON network nodes, blockchain data and price providers, risk-screening services, and energy providers as needed to perform your request. To obtain a swap quote and prepare a non-custodial swap, your public wallet address, token pair, amount, slippage setting, and related public transaction data may be sent to supported third-party decentralized exchange smart contracts and routing services, currently SUN.io, and to related TRON nodes and data providers. Signed approval and swap transactions are broadcast to the public TRON network; these parties do not receive your recovery phrase, private key, app PIN, or biometric data from TRONOXA. An energy provider may receive a public receiving address, required Energy amount, and order reference. Push tokens, preferred language, and notification content may be processed by Expo and the notification services operated by Apple or Google. Hosting, security, and professional service providers may process limited data on our behalf. We may disclose limited information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continued protection. Third-party services are also governed by their own privacy terms.
Service-provider data protection
We require service providers that process data on our behalf to provide the same or equivalent level of protection described in this Policy and required by applicable law.
6. Storage, retention, and deletion
Wallet secrets, PIN data, wallet names, custom-token choices, and locally cached history remain on your device until you delete the wallet, clear app data, or remove the app. Transaction-history pages requested through TRONOXA are cached on your device; the history endpoint does not maintain a server-side account or transaction-history archive, although infrastructure and upstream providers may keep limited security logs under their policies. Monitoring subscriptions, alerts, and push identifiers are retained while active or needed to provide the feature. Energy-order, payment, transfer, provider, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained as reasonably necessary to complete the service, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Deleting a wallet removes its local secrets and requests removal of its monitoring subscription, but uninstalling the app may not notify our servers and does not erase completed order, security, or public blockchain records. Public blockchain records cannot be changed or deleted by TRONOXA. You may request deletion of eligible off-chain data at office@tronoxa.com; some records may be retained where legally required or needed to establish or defend claims.
7. Security and your choices
We use device secure storage, encrypted transport, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. You may refuse optional notification, camera, photo, or biometric permissions. Core wallet functions remain available where technically possible, although the related optional feature may not work.
8. Age, international processing, and rights
TRONOXA is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use it. Service providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, to withdraw consent for optional processing, and to complain to a privacy authority. These rights do not alter immutable public blockchain records and may be limited where retention is legally required.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated and material changes will be communicated when required. For privacy questions, consent withdrawal, or eligible data requests, contact Tronoxa LLC at office@tronoxa.com or by mail at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
Legal Terms & Disclaimer
Please read these terms carefully before creating, importing, receiving, sending, signing, swapping, staking, voting, delegating resources, or browsing with TRONOXA.
Scope of the service
TRONOXA is software that lets you create or import TRON-compatible wallets, view public blockchain and market information, manage supported or custom tokens, receive assets, locally sign and broadcast transfers, use native TRON Stake 2.0 resource, delegation, voting, and reward-claim transactions, configure TRON account permissions and multisig transactions, prepare non-custodial swaps through supported third-party smart contracts, request Energy, receive notifications, and open third-party websites in a browser that has no wallet-signing bridge. These actions occur on the TRON blockchain or through independent third parties, not inside a custodial TRONOXA account. The network record is authoritative.
Self-custody responsibility
You remain the only person with the signing keys and approve every signature locally on your device. TRONOXA never takes possession or control of your digital assets and cannot sign, freeze, reverse, or initiate a transfer for you. The app does not create a custodial TRONOXA account or balance. Watch-only wallets have no signing key. You are solely responsible for protecting your recovery phrase, private key, app PIN, device access, and wallet credentials. TRONOXA support will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key, or app PIN.
Native TRON staking, resources, and voting
TRONOXA only provides an interface that builds and locally signs native TRON Stake 2.0, unstake, delegate, reclaim, withdraw, vote, and reward-claim transactions at your direction. Tronoxa LLC does not receive or pool staked TRX, operate a validator or Super Representative, vote for you, control network rules, or promise any reward or return. Locking periods, unfreezing limits, delegation availability, TRON Power, representative performance, and rewards are determined by the TRON network and selected representatives. You bear the risk of incorrect amounts, addresses, permissions, votes, and timing.
Account permissions and multisig
TRON account permission changes and multisig transactions are public blockchain actions that may be irreversible. An incorrect owner address, signing address, operation, weight, or threshold may permanently lock an account or permit unintended transactions. TRONOXA cannot restore access, change a permission, complete missing signatures, or reverse a broadcast. You must independently verify every signer, operation, threshold, transaction payload, and signature before approval or sharing.
In-app browser
The in-app browser displays independent third-party websites. Tronoxa LLC does not own, operate, endorse, monitor, or guarantee their content, availability, security, legality, prices, or offers. A verified-link or safety indicator is informational and cannot eliminate phishing, malicious-code, impersonation, or data-collection risk. The browser does not provide websites with wallet keys or a transaction-signing bridge. Never enter a recovery phrase, private key, or app PIN into any website.
Wallet and device security
Install TRONOXA only from official distribution channels, keep your device and operating system secure and updated, and avoid rooted or jailbroken devices and untrusted networks. Keep an accurate offline backup of your recovery phrase or private key. Do not store wallet secrets in screenshots, email, text messages, or unprotected notes, and never share them with anyone. Anyone who obtains a wallet secret may control the related assets, and TRONOXA cannot recover losses caused by disclosure, malware, device compromise, loss, theft, or an incomplete backup.
Custom tokens, prices, and risk information
Anyone may create a token or copy a token name, symbol, or logo. Adding or displaying a token does not mean TRONOXA endorses it, verifies its issuer, or guarantees that it is genuine, transferable, liquid, valuable, or safe. You must verify the network and contract address independently. Token metadata and prices come from public or third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, manipulated, or unavailable; a zero or missing price does not determine a token’s value. Address and contract risk indicators are informational only. The absence of a warning is not a guarantee that an address, token, or transaction is safe.
Transactions are final
Blockchain transactions are normally irreversible. You must verify the address, contract, asset, network, amount, and displayed fees before confirming. TRONOXA cannot cancel, reverse, or recover assets sent to an incorrect, fraudulent, or incompatible address. App, provider, or network status may be delayed. Before retrying a transaction shown as pending, failed, or timed out, check the wallet address or transaction hash using a reliable TRON block explorer to avoid an unintended duplicate transfer. The final on-chain record controls.
Fees, energy, and estimates
Network fees, Bandwidth, Energy requirements, swap quotes, routes, price impact, slippage, market prices, estimated savings, and delivery times may change. If you select the Energy service, you locally approve and sign a separate on-chain TRX service payment to the address and amount displayed before confirmation. Tronoxa LLC verifies the public payment transaction and coordinates resource delivery directly or through an independent provider; it never obtains your signing key or takes custody of your wallet balance. If delivery cannot be completed, any service-payment resolution shown by the app is an operational settlement of that separate service transaction and does not create a custodial account, stored balance, deposit, redemption right, or custody of user assets. The final network result and on-chain records control.
Non-custodial swaps; no custody, brokerage, or investment product
TRONOXA does not operate a custodial cryptocurrency exchange, brokerage, custodial account, fiat on-ramp or off-ramp, staking or yield product, deposit account, interest account, or investment product. Native TRON staking and voting tools only prepare transactions that you sign directly for the network. When Swap is available, TRONOXA provides a non-custodial interface to supported third-party decentralized exchange smart contracts, currently SUN.io; Tronoxa LLC does not take custody, act as broker or counterparty, execute trades for you, or guarantee liquidity, price, route, fees, Energy, timing, token value, or outcome. “Savings” is only an estimate of network cost avoided and is not a return, reward, interest, or yield.
No financial advice
TRONOXA provides wallet software and related technical services. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Digital assets are volatile and may lose some or all of their value. You are responsible for your decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice when needed.
Third-party and network risk
TRONOXA does not control the TRON blockchain, tokens, smart contracts, nodes, bridges, energy markets, exchanges, or other third-party services. Their failures, changes, attacks, congestion, forks, suspension, discontinuation, or insolvency may affect the app or your assets. Smart contracts and tokens may contain defects, malicious code, transfer restrictions, or admin controls. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for assessing them before use.
Lawful use
You must comply with the laws, sanctions, tax rules, and regulatory requirements that apply to you. You may not use TRONOXA for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, theft, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful activity. Availability of the app does not mean its use is lawful in every location.
Service changes and availability
Features may be added, changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, provider availability, technical limitations, legal requirements, or events beyond reasonable control. Because TRONOXA is self-custody software, service interruption does not give TRONOXA possession of your assets. You remain responsible for maintaining the backup needed to access a compatible wallet. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous support for any token, or successful execution by a blockchain or third-party provider.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the app only for lawful personal or business purposes and must not impersonate TRONOXA, misrepresent affiliation, interfere with the service, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse providers, or use the app to harm others. TRONOXA names, logos, interface content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, tokens, software, and open-source components remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRONOXA, TRONOXA LLC, AND THEIR PROVIDERS OFFER THE APP, SERVICES, DATA, RISK INDICATORS, QUOTES, AND CONTENT “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TOKEN AUTHENTICITY, RISK DETECTION, PRICE, REWARD, OR TRANSACTION OUTCOME. THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, LOSS-OF-PROFIT, LOSS-OF-DATA, LOSS-OF-KEY, OR LOSS-OF-ASSET DAMAGES ARISING FROM NETWORK EVENTS, DELAYED OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, REPEATED SUBMISSIONS, USER ERROR, COMPROMISED DEVICES OR CREDENTIALS, BROWSER CONTENT, ACCOUNT PERMISSIONS, MULTISIG, STAKING OR VOTING ACTIONS, CUSTOM TOKENS, SMART CONTRACTS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL DIRECT LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO TRONOXA LLC FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. You agree to indemnify Tronoxa LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, contact office@tronoxa.com and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be waived, exclusive venue lies in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the applicable federal court in Wyoming.
General terms and contact
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Translations are provided for convenience; where legally permitted, the English version controls if translations conflict. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Before starting a formal claim, contact office@tronoxa.com so the issue can be reviewed and an informal resolution attempted.
Acceptance and updates
By downloading, creating or importing a wallet, selecting continue after the in-app notice, or otherwise using TRONOXA, you confirm that you are legally able to agree, acknowledge the disclosed risks, and accept the current terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms as the service and applicable requirements change, update the effective date, and communicate material changes when required. Continued use after notice of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
