About TRONOXA

TRONOXA is a non-custodial software wallet published by Tronoxa LLC for the TRON network, TRC-20 tokens, TRON Energy, and selected assets on BNB Smart Chain.

Company identity

Tronoxa LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID 2026-002030217; D-U-N-S Number 145077818). The official website is https://tronoxa.com, and the authoritative directory of company-controlled accounts is the Official Links page.

How TRON Energy optimization works

  1. Request: TRONOXA estimates the Energy required for the transaction the user intends to make.
  2. On-chain delegation: When the Energy service is selected, Energy is delegated on-chain to the user's public TRON address through TRON Stake 2.0.
  3. Execution: The intended transaction is signed locally by the user and broadcast to the TRON network. The final on-chain record is authoritative.
  4. Local security: The recovery phrase, private key, app PIN, and biometric data remain within the device security boundary and are not sent to Tronoxa servers.

This is a technical resource optimization. It does not create a custodial account and does not give Tronoxa LLC control of the user's wallet balance.

Non-custodial security boundary

TRONOXA cannot sign a transaction for a user, recover a lost recovery phrase or private key, freeze a wallet, reverse a blockchain transaction, or transfer user assets. Every signing decision remains with the user on the device.

Transparency and integrity

Tronoxa publishes a defined wallet security core under MPL-2.0, together with checksums and GitHub Build Provenance for the published release. The scope and limitations are documented on the Security & Transparency page. Automated checks and source publication improve verifiability but are not presented as a guarantee or an independent security audit.
