Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about TRONOXA, self-custody, client-side signing, and TRON Energy.
What is TRONOXA?
TRONOXA is a non-custodial software wallet for the TRON network. It supports TRX, TRC-20 tokens, TRON Energy features, and selected assets on BNB Smart Chain.
Does TRONOXA hold my funds or private keys?
No. Recovery phrases and private keys remain on the user’s device, and transaction signing happens locally. Tronoxa LLC cannot sign transactions, recover lost keys, freeze a wallet, or move user assets.
How does TRON Energy work in TRONOXA?
The app estimates the Energy needed for a requested TRON transaction. When the Energy service is selected, Energy is delegated on-chain to the public wallet address through TRON Stake 2.0. The user then signs the intended transaction locally and broadcasts it to the TRON network.
Is an Energy payment a custodial deposit?
No. It is a separate on-chain service payment for the requested Energy delivery. It does not create a custodial account or give Tronoxa LLC control of the wallet balance.
How can I verify an official TRONOXA account?
Use the authoritative directory at https://tronoxa.com/official-links. TRONOXA support will never ask for a recovery phrase, private key, app PIN, password, or OTP.
